Bamboo Matcha scoop- or Chashaku- handmade in Shizuoka, Japan. Use with our Chasen to ensure you make the perfect Matcha.This Matcha scoop- or Chashaku – is handmade from a single piece of bamboo, in Shizuoka, Japan.
Use your Chashaku to measure 2 scoops of Japanese Matcha into a Matcha bowl or tea bowl, add 100ml of water at 70°C and carefully whisk the tea in a figure-of-eight motion, ensuring smooth and frothy tea, using the Chasen.
Wash by gently rinsing under warm water and leave to dry.
