An elegant Chinese green loose leaf tea from Jinhua, Zheijang province.
It’s extremely well suited for cold infusions – the long, slow, cold extraction elevates the softer grassy notes.
When infused as a hot tea it is bright with intense green flavours.
Cold infusion – sweet and grassy with soft vegetal notes and a silky mouthfeel.
Hot infusion – still sweet, but more pronounced and bold vegetal notes with a syrup-like mouthfeel
