Crafted by Moriuchi-san – one of the most revered tea-masters in Japan on his 200 year old tea garden. The tea is crafted on this tiny estate by Moriuchi-san with his wife and daughter.
This loose leaf tea goes wonderfully with sweet and savoury food. You might try this tea with buttery shortbread or oily fish like salmon.
